Do you offer Low-e Glass on your doors?

Are your glass products tempered safety glass?

Do you offer Low-e Glass on your doors?
Answer: Yes, As of February 1, 2008 all of the TDL and Craftsman doors are available with Low-E as the only stock glass option.

Are your glass products tempered safety glass?
Answer: All of our glass products are all built to meet or exceed safety building codes. The glass panels in our doors and sidelights include tempered safety glass, as required.

Why are you only offering Mahogany and Alder products?  Why don’t you offer more wood species?
Answer: Offering only these two wood species satisfies 95% of our market demand, and allows us to be far more efficient.  This also allows us to ship faster and to offer much lower pricing on our products.

What wind-load products do you offer?
Answer:  Many of our current door and window products have wind-load ratings for coastal installations, and we will be adding several new product configurations during this year. Please visit our Products Approvals page to find our current wind-load information.

What stains do you offer?  Can I get a touch up kit or some stain?
Answer:  We offer two different finishes, Traditional and Distressed. (Details of these three are on page 32 of our Product and Information Guide). Six finish colors are available in each of the three Finishes.

What are the warranties on your doors?
Answer: Please visit www.gcdoor.com to download our current product warranties. Two warranty brochures are available. One for Buffalo Forge Doors, one for all wood doors.

Do you have fire ratings on your doors?
Answer:  No, none of our GlassCraft Doors currently have a fire rating.
