| EXTERIOR WOOD DOORS The Estancia Door™ Series of Knotty Alder doors and entryways offers a rustic charm and country elegance. Both interior and exterior doors are offered, in many widths, and in 80 inch and 96 inch heights. These doors are available unfinished or finished, and are beautiful with our distressed “Finish 3”. EstanciaMany options are available in this series, including Clavos (door nails), v-grooves, and “speakeasy” panels. There are also beveled, leaded, and insulated glass panels and many decorative wrought iron grille design options. The Custom Series offers the you and your designer and architect to get exactly the look, size, and finish that you require. GlassCraft offers custom-made doors, glass panels, wrought iron decorative grilles, sidelights, and transoms. Available wood species are Knotty Alder or Mahogany. Custom products are produced in our 180,000 square foot production facility in Houston, Texas. The Portobello Series offers our most extensive selection of mahogany entry doors. Available “in stock” Portobello door are 80 inches or 96 Inches tall, and 32, 36, and 42 inch widths. Matching sidelights are available in 12” and 14” wide sizes. Not all profiles are available in all sizes. Many transom options are offered in this Portobello Series to match the doors and sidelights. Portobello doors feature engineered laminated stave-core construction, full-thickness panels, and heavy raised moldings. Other options include a wide selection of decorative leaded beveled glass or wrought iron grille options. Custom sizes of these doors and sidelights are available. The Legacy Series of mahogany entry doors and entryways are available in 80 inch height and in 36 width only. Sidelights are available in 12” and 14” widths, and several transoms are available. Legacy Doors feature laminated, engineered stiles and rails, 1 inch thick panels, and raised moldings on one side of the door. Several leaded beveled glass options are available for each door profile. Custom sizes of these doors and sidelights are available. The TDL Series of mahogany and knotty alder entry doors and entryways offer a true-divided-lite or “TDL” construction. This means that the wood pieces that separate the glass panes in the door are real, and not simulated by using plastic or other materials. |

| These TDL doors are available in 80 inch and 96 inch heights and in 32 inch and 36 inch widths. Sidelights are available in 12” and 14” widths, and several matching TDL transoms are available. TDL doors feature laminated, engineered stiles and rails. Glass options include single thickness or double-thick insulated glass IG panels, and beveled glass highlights. The American Craftsman Series of mahogany entry doors and entryways offers a design theme reminiscent of the Arts and Crafts movement. All stock doors are 80 inches and 96 inches tall by 36 inches wide. Engineered stiles and rails, flat “craftsman style” panels. Door “shelves” are available. Standard glass option is a Low-E Beveled IG. Matching sidelights are also available in 14 inch widths. Custom sizes of these doors and sidelights are available. EXTERIOR STEEL DOORS The Buffalo Forge Steel™ Series of steel door entryways offers the unique appearance of steel and decorative wrought iron, these doors are available prehung and prefinished only. All standard Buffalo Forge doors are 96” high, with custom sizes available. Built to the same jamb specifications of traditional wood entrance systems with 4-5/8” or 6-5/8” jamb options. Cast bronze hinges with ball bearings and stainless steel pins. Hidden flush bolts on inactive doors (vs. Face-mounted bolts), high-performance weather stripping, standard threshold, double insulated IG glass panels with many glass texture options, operable glass panels with weather stripping. Heavy 14 guage steel construction with foam insulation. Patents pending. INTERIOR WOOD DOORS The Estancia Door™ Series of Knotty Alder doors are designed as interior or exterior doors, and are available in many widths for interior use, and in 80 inch and 96 inch heights. Doors are often in 1-3/8´´ or 1-3/4´´ thickness. These interior doors are also available as rectangular door, or as Arch Top doors on 1-3/4´´ thick unit.
